Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.

Keepsake Gallery London is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to be thrilled with your new print. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received
• Be in the original packaging

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@kgcheckout.com with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
